BUDGET TRACKING: During your build, we will provide a monthly cost report to give you a clear picture of all Cash Allowance and Costs-plus-Markup billing charges for your home, cottage, garage, dock or boathouse building project in Muskoka. Our warranty applies to cottages & seasonal homes, where the Tarion warranty does not apply.
We will pass manufacturer warranties through to you on all products and systems that are installed under our construction contracts.
